I just wanted to send you this brief note about the service and support I have gotten from your service technician Dave for many years now. Whether it’s a phone call about a mechanical issue (even when he is on vacation) or a program problem caused by others, Dave always goes out of his way to solve any problem I may have. While onsite doing quarterly maintenance he is always ready to troubleshoot other problems that he sees. I’m always grateful for his professionalism. It’s always a pleasure to work with you and your team.
Your service technician, Mike, truly cares about his job and continuously goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly. Because of Mike spending his own time with me to review the Mechanical Standards, we have identified several deficiencies with our mechanicals. All of you really came through for us in the last quarter to have all the jobs completed effectively and efficiently.
